Booster Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 140g butter
- 140g coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 bananas
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon Moringa powder
Instructions:
- Beat the oil, banana’s and sugar together with a paddle attachment
- Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to mix until a smooth batter is achieved
- Place in a loaf tin and bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes or a mini loaf for 15-20 minutes
NB* Sprinkle some treacle sugar/coconut sugar on top of the banana batter before baking
