Set the tone for your entire day!
The way you start your morning can set the standard for your entire day. For example, if you wake up after a late night and feel tired and grumpy, chances are that mood will stay with you all day. If you wake up well rested and spend a few quite moments meditating, you will most likely remain in a calm and positive mood and will be able to face whatever challenges the day may bring. The same applies to what you choose to consume in the morning.
Gulping three cups of coffee will get you moving but will leave you feeling on edge. A sugary cereal for breakfast will ensure a 3pm slump at the office. However, if you choose to ‘break your fast’ with hydrating fresh fruit and immune boosting vitamins and supplements, you will be fuelled with the right ingredients to give you the energy you need to get through the day. These smoothies and juices are not only healthy but delicious as well, making them an enjoyable treat for the whole family!
The immune booster
This is the perfect blend of vitamin C from carrots and immune boosting properties as well as antioxidants from the ginger and turmeric. The strengthening power of the CBD drops make this an immune boosting powerhouse!
- 2 washed, peeled and chopped carrots
- Half a glass of still water
- Half a teaspoon of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 5 drops of Nature’s Relief Nano CBD
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Place all of the above ingredients in a high-speed blender and serve immediately
The adaptogen powerhouse
Ashwagandha and CBD work together to counteract stress in the body making this the perfect adaptogen blend.
- 2 teaspoons of Ashwagandha powder
- Half a cup of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- Half a cup of plain yogurt (omit if vegan)
- Half a cup of frozen berries

Place all of the above ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
