As we adjust to our second wave and strain of the Coronavirus, we wanted to take some time to check in with everyone on how they are dealing with this ongoing pandemic. We all felt a sense of relief when 2020 came to an end, almost as if we had made it through and life was about to return to normal. Unfortunately, reality soon set in as we realised this pandemic had only grown stronger. There’s a sense of sadness as the numbers grow and those numbers become names and the names become people you love. If you are feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed by the current situation, please know that you are not alone. We want to look at ways to help support your mental health during this time as well as your physical health. If you are stuck in a negative head space, we want to help you work through some of those feelings and bring you back to a place of harmony within your body and mind.

Reaching your breaking point

Perhaps you feel like you have been strong for too long now. Maybe you have done your absolute best to maintain your positivity and optimism over the last year. But like many, you may be feeling weary and your frustration and irritability levels may be heightened at this point.
