Five ways to Spring into Summer!


Spring is here and along with it a fresh new start and hopes of rebuilding after a difficult year and winter season. We associate Spring with new beginnings and renewed energy. We detox and let go of that which no longer serves us, making space for light and love to flow. After a long period of lockdown, it feels like this Spring day is a chance to start over and make the most of the rest of the year. We look at five ways to get ready for Spring to create a clear and calm space for growth.

  1. Wake up early

Now that it’s Spring, the days are starting to get a little longer as the sun rises earlier and sets later. This may make it easier to rise with the sun and now that it’s warmer, you may find it less challenging to leave the comfort of your bed. So, what are some of the benefits of waking up early? Getting up an hour earlier every day can make you more productive and mentally fit.
