Ingredients:

• 310 mg Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) [35:1, 7% Withanolides]
• 100 mg Sceletium tortuosum

Dosage:

First week: Take 1 capsule daily in the morning with breakfast.
Second week: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, with meals. Do not take for longer than 8 weeks consecutively. Take a 2 week tolerance break and then take again if needed. Stop using this product immediately if you experience any negative effects and speak to your healthcare professional.
