We all know that avo is delicious with its mild flavor and creamy consistency, but let’s touch base on the many more reasons that we are avo-obsessed. Sceletium is an excellent broad-spectrum mood-enhancing and emotion-mediating herb. When ingested, it attaches to the serotonin transporters within the body, works with the gut, and boosts the serotonin levels naturally. The two combined


  • 2 ripe avos
  • Handful coriander finely chopped
  • Squeeze of a 1/4 lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 finely chopped jalapeño
  • 1/4 finely chopped red onion
  • 10 drops of sceletium


Remove the pip and the skin of the avo. Add the rest of the ingredients to the avo in a bowl and whip, mash, and stir until your heart’s content! I like a good ol’ chunky guac but if you’re into a smooth operator, keep whipping !
