Ingredients: 1 capsule contains 500 mg extract powder of Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) mushroom

Dosage: Take 1 or 2 capsules daily, either before or with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional

User Instructions: Should be taken with water. Does not require dilution. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Store in a cool and dark place under 25˚C, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
