Serving Size:

1 capsule (60 servings per bottle)

Dosage:

Take 1 capsule daily, either before or with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Dosage can be gradually increased to 2 – 3 capsules per day. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
